A Norfolk native with nearly two decades of medical experience, Dr. Angela Parson brings her clinical excellence and deep compassion to everything she touches. A board-certified OB/GYN and Davinci-trained gynecologic surgeon, Dr. Parson has cared for women across generations — always with a commitment to whole-person wellness.
She is passionate about holistic health, women's empowerment, and community education, and has served as clinical faculty at both EVMS and Liberty University. She thrives in service, in teaching, and in building meaningful care experiences. Her work with Hope Haven is a natural extension of her heart for healing and her love for community.
When she’s not seeing patients or mentoring students, Dr. Parson enjoys traveling, entertaining, and creating beautiful, intentional spaces — a gift she has lovingly brought to the design of Hope Haven.

Dr. Henri Patten is a licensed Realtor with a doctorate in Biomedical Sciences and Clinical Chemistry and a remarkable ability to solve complex problems with clarity and creativity. As a Certified Probate Expert and eXp Certified Mentor, Henri helps families navigate sensitive real estate decisions with care — skills that translate directly into how she helps manage the business and environment of Hope Haven.
With a background in clinical research and deep experience in both traditional and investment real estate, Henri ensures that Hope Haven’s operations are smart, sustainable, and resident-focused. Her detail-oriented nature and warm leadership style make her an invaluable part of the team and a trusted resource for families navigating change.
Her passion for intentional living, design, and service shines through in every detail of Hope Haven’s physical space and operational flow.

Meet the Team

With over 15 years of experience in both clinical and administrative settings, Brandy brings exceptional organizational skill, leadership, and warmth to her role as Office Manager at Hope Haven. Her career spans dental and medical environments, where she has excelled in managing front office operations, training and leading teams, coordinating schedules, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
With most recent experience as an Office Coordinator for a multi-location medical group, she blends her clinical knowledge with a sharp administrative mindset to ensure seamless day-to-day operations. From billing and recordkeeping to patient support and staff coordination, Brandy is known for her proactive approach, problem-solving ability, and compassionate communication style.
Her role at Hope Haven centers on creating a supportive, efficient environment for residents, families, and staff — where details are handled with care, and everyone is treated like family.

Elisa is a compassionate and highly motivated nursing professional who brings both clinical experience and leadership to her role as Administrator and Registered Nurse at Hope Haven. A graduate of ECPI University with an Associate Degree in Nursing, she has hands-on experience across hospital, psychiatric, and long-term care settings.
With a foundation in patient care, medication administration, wound care, and care plan coordination, she provides attentive support to residents and ensures that all health and safety standards are upheld. Her background as an LPN, combined with her growing expertise as an RN, equips her to lead with empathy, detail, and clinical excellence.
Known for her calm presence and commitment to holistic care, Elisa is dedicated to creating a safe, supportive environment where residents and families feel confident, cared for, and at home.
